for orders over 75 is FREE,
for credit card orders $0 to $50.00 is $8.95, $50.00 to $75.00 is $6.95. Items are usually sent from our Alabama warehouse the same or next business day of the order via UPS Ground, and occasionally USPS when appropriate. Delays in shipping may occur during high volume periods such as back-to-school, and are not usually more than 5 days. Customer is responsible to make sure packages arrive. Please contact us within 2 weeks if packages fail to arrive.|
BACKORDERS will be shipped free for orders over $160 (standard U.S. ground only, no freight, PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or international). If an item is out of stock at time of shipment it will be cancelled and refunded to your card for orders under $160. You can request via e-mail (email@example.com) that the item be put on backorder. Customer pays the costs of additional shipments on orders under $160.
SHIPPING UPGRADES may be selected during checkout. Backorders are not available for orders with shipping upgrades. Residential shipping upgrades only count weekdays as shipping days. Please allow one weekday processing to be safe. If a package is needed in 3 days then 3-day shipping will likely not arrive in time.
CLEARANCE ITEMS Inventory quantities are updated once daily. Clearance items are non-refundable.
FREIGHT & SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS incur additional shipping costs. Freight shipments can be expensive. There are no estimates for freight shipments, and we don't add any fees on top of what you are charged by the shipping company. Actual shipping cost is charged at the time of shipping in a second transaction. Freight and special order items that ship directly from the manufacturer are not eligible for returns, and cannot be cancelled once ordered.
PURCHASE ORDERS are Net 30 and $9.95 shipping.
INCORRECT ADDRESS The customer is responsible for any additional charges incurred by the shipping company for address corrections on orders where you enter the address incorrectly during checkout.
ORDER ERRORS You have 30 days to report orders not arriving, or missing or damaged items, as we cannot file a claim for the shipment after 30 days.
