CUSTOMER POLICIES: RETURNS / BILLING
ERRORS:
You have 30 days to report orders not arriving, or missing or damaged items, as we cannot file a claim for the shipment after 30 days.
RETURNS:
Items will be refunded 100% within 30 days of purchase. You MUST contact us for instructions before sending your return. A return authorization number must be issued before we receive the return, or the return will be denied. Any items that are returned to our corporate offices will be lost. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Holiday items may not be returned after the holiday. Items must be in unopened condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If faxing the return request be sure to include a list of all the items you'd like to return, or specify that all items are to be returned.
BILLING DISPUTES:
Purchases from TeacherStorehouse.com will appear on your statement as "Castle Park, LLC". As a customer of TeacherStorehouse.com, you agree to allow Castle Park, LLC (parent company) to attempt settlement of any billing dispute for 30 days before disputing with any third party, credit card company or bank. TeacherStorehouse.com simply requires that it be the first option in billing disputes. Should TeacherStorehouse.com receive an invalid chargeback, or a chargeback or other reversed charge from a third party, credit card company or bank on your behalf before TeacherStorehouse.com has been given a chance to resolve the issue, TeacherStorehouse.com has the right to collect on the rendered services and any fees associated with those disputes. TeacherStorehouse.com charges a $25.00 Chargeback Fee per chargeback should a credit card company be used as a first resort in a billing dispute, or if a chargeback is found to be invalid. As a customer of TeacherStorehouse.com, you agree to these Terms.
