PURCHASE ORDERS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FROM U.S. GOVERNMENT AND U.S. EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS.  PAYMENT IS DUE UPON SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS AND RECEIPT OF FAXED INVOICE WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBER (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FAX NUMBER REQUIRED).  SHIPPING FOR ALL PURCHASE ORDERS IS $9.95.  FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO PRE-PAID ORDERS.

WE ARE REGISTERED WITH THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY.

1) Fill your online shopping cart.
2) Write your shopping cart number on your purchase order.
3) FAX your purchase order to 877-461-3835.
5) Purchase orders will be denied if they do not include an accounts payable fax #.
6) Payment is due upon receipt of faxed invoice at time of shipment (tracking information will be included).
