PAYMENT IS DUE UPON SHIPMENT OF PRODUCTS AND RECEIPT OF FAXED INVOICE WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBER (ACCOUNTS PAYABLE FAX NUMBER REQUIRED). SHIPPING FOR ALL PURCHASE ORDERS IS $9.95. FREE SHIPPING APPLIES ONLY TO PRE-PAID ORDERS.
