What are you able to put on the timesheet? I think this is especially helpful to new preschool teachers.

I'd say pre-k teachers work about the same number of unpaid hours as any other teacher-quite a lot! lol If you are lucky enough to have a full-time teaching asst., a lot can be done during school hours. full-time teachers here don't use timesheets, they are on salary-so no extra compensation.

Greetings All, I honestly would have to say preschool teachers spend more time than they could ever be paid for. When your heart guides you it becomes a passion and a ministry...that's the only way to rationalize all the time and money put in. When I get discouraged I try to remember what a blessing it is to be trusted to care for and educate God's most precious gifts. GOD only trusts certain people with HIS children. How lucky are you, if HE chose you.
